I bet some of you reading this remember me. I was a tenor in the choir for a few years. I enjoyed working with Erich. He was a lot of fun.
Erich's first "official" duty at 1st Presbyterian Church in Elgin IL was to play at our wedding on September 04, 1982. He was wonderful!

To the Bredehoefts...My sincerest sympathies to all of you. Erich was a wonderful Christian and such a dynamic and talented individual. I have wonderful memories of working with him. My our Lord give you comfort at this difficult time.
Dear Mrs. B and family, Mr. B was my teacher and organ teacher from the 5th to the 8th grade at Our Shepherd in Birmingham, Michigan. I have many fond memories of that time. I would like to express my sorrow at your loss and my joy at God's gain.
Enjoyed my years in the choir. My prayers are with the family.

I was so saddened to read of Erich's death. He was a wonderful man - I will never forget him. He always set such an example for us, whether in choir or in daily life. He lived his life as a wonderful witness to his faith in Jesus. I pray that God give you and the family peace and the strength you need to get through this difficult time.
