I remember Mrs. Keenan from dating Eddie back in the day; but mostly from Greenwood Bakery when I would sleep over Sally Anderson's house on Saturday nights...Sunday morning we got to run over to the bakery and get long johns for breakfast before church. As I got older my sister and I would pop in and get treats. One specific time I remember we stopped in and Mrs. Keenan was cleaning up a tray of apple bars and made us take all the ones that weren't all in one piece. And let's not forget the WONDERFUL lemon bars. The angels are going to be a little heavier in heaven when she starts baking up there!
