Carol, I am sorry to hear the news about Phil. I was a roommate of his at 3724 Sheffield Ave.
I regret that we did not keep in contact over the many years. Take care.

Phil was a great neighbor. He was there when we first moved in, offering help and advice on reassembling our swing set. We often stopped by with our dogs, and Phil would delight in giving them dog biscuits. It wasn't too long before lots of neighborhood dogs were stopping by to get a treat from Phil and their walkers would get a little of Phil's wisdom. We'll miss him.
