Beatrice A. "Bea" Sturtz, 86, passed away on Sat. June 14, 2014 in Port Richey, FL. She was born July 14, 1927 in Madison, WI and was a former resident of Chicago, Richfield, MN and Round Lake, IL. Bea and her husband retired to the Port Richey-Holiday area of Florida in 1978 and she was an active member of the VFW and American Legion Auxiliaries in Holiday. Surviving are her daughter, Judy (Ron) Mobile of Libertyville; Grandchildren, Brenda (Steve) Smith and Sharon (Jeff) Humbert; Great Grandchildren, Hannah and Matthew Smith and Abigail and Marty Humbert. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Sturtz in 1993. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wed. June 25, 2014 at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. (Rt. 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.) Libertyville. A service will be held during the visitation at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Fr. Naht Le of St. Joseph Parish, officiating.
