Harold S. Baum, Jr., age 87, died October 10. He was born to Harold and Marjorie Baum in Kansas City, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his wife Jeanne T. Baum (nee Twigg) in 1986. He is the loving father of daughter, Linda (Bradley) Burdick of Elmhurst; son, Harold A. (Cathy) Baum of Glendale Heights; son, Edward (the late Janice) Baum of Winfield; daughter, Dyan (Michael) Jacquin-Bryskier of Chicago. He is the proud Grandfather of seven; and Great-grandfather of eight. Harold is also survived by his brother William (the late Verna) Baum; Richard (the late Laverne) Baum and many loving nieces and nephews. Harold served our country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. A memorial visitation will be held Friday, October 18, from 3:00pm until the time of service and military honors at, 7:00pm. All services will be held at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 N. Main St., Wheaton, IL 60187. Interment will follow Saturday at 10:00am at Wheaton Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be directed to the National Military Family Association, 2500 North Van Dorn St., Suite 102, Alexandria, VA 22302. Family and friends may sign a guest book at hultgrenfh.com.
