My scream "NO!" still echoes to the heavens when I heard this tragic news. Bill was indeed a Troubador to many, in happy and particularly in relentless times. I count him as my brother who is now a part of the greater cloud of witnesses continuing to cheer us on.

Mary Anne and Family,
I only knew Bill for a short time and unfortunately never had the pleasure of meeting him as he was promoted shortly after I started with Holiday. However, through his phone calls and words of wisdom he became a wonderful mentor and trusted advisor.
My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

All of us here at Lakeview Park in Fenton, MO were deeply saddened to hear of Bills death. We enjoyed getting to know him over the past few months and will miss the calm approach he took in the midst of a problem. Just this past week he took time out of his busy schedule to personally call me and ask me if I had enjoyed visiting my sister on my day off. He will be missed.
