Tom was a true gentleman and a really good guy. I met him when I was a kid doing magic and saw him at different magic functions over the past 40 years. He always had a kind word to say and had a true love of magic. Tom will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences.

Betty,
Tom brought health, hope and magic into the lives of so many people through his skills as a physician, magician and human being. My own life has been enriched for having known him.

I met Dr. Sale when I joined the International College of Surgeons in 1986. It was my honor to work with him as the treasurer and ultimately the President of our organization. He was a true gentlemen and I considered him a friend. On behalf of all the members and officers of the ICS condolences are extended to the Sale family.

My deepest sympathies go to the Sale family. Dr. Sale was a childhood neighbor of my father's and a classmate at Hampton High of my mother's. They both held him in highest regard, as did I. I met Dr. Sale first when I was 6 and getting the first (of a few) stitches from him! He made me feel at ease each time he dealt with my accidents. I always enjoyed seeing him in recent times at yard sales when I ventured forth with my dad. It was always a good social event with Dr. Sale. The last time I saw him was a year ago at my parents' estate sale. God blessed Dr. Sale with a full life, and no doubt he is holding seminars for heaven's angels on every topic imaginable!

As past President of the Hampton Roads Postcard Club Tom shared many experiences in his life, his magic tricks, and in everything his great sense of humor. He has surely left a void in many places and many hearts. He will be missed by all his friends of the postcard club. God be with you in your sorrow.
