HAMPTON - On April 1, 2014 Solomon Williams was called to rest to be with the Lord. He retired from NASA in 1986 after 44 years of service. He leaves to cherish his memories two brothers: Charles Williams and Samuel Williams and a host of nieces and nephews, one of whom was his dedicated caretaker Charlotte Wynn(Lennon ) and his two dedicated pets; Pepper Williams and Buddy Wynn. Viewing will be held from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Friday at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held Noon ,Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Psalms Ministries, 7204 Warwick Blvd., NN,VA. 23607. Interment will follow in Hampton Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Wiliams was a great man that watched e grow up on Harriett St. in Hampton, VA. He loved aniamals and always had a good spirit about him. He will be missed.
