Ursula R. Taylor

SEAFORD, VA. - Ursula R. 'Dolly' Taylor, 73, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016. Dolly was a native and lifelong resident of the Peninsula. She was a former employee of Pittsburgh Paints and was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Yorktown, VA. Dolly was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ursula Williams Richardson and her husband of 21 years, George T. Taylor. She is survived by 2 aunts, Josephine Williams Gilman and Nancy Williams, a host of cousins, and special friends, Marie Parcel and Jim Strong. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2016, at 11:00 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Yorktown with Father Michael Joly officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to York County Fire & Rescue/Life & Safety, P.O. Box 532, Yorktown, VA 23692.
