Linda and family, Red will be greatly missed, we all love his jokes and sense of humor. God has taken another angel for his flock. I went to school with Red, his wife Linda and his sister Barbara and I were best friends in school. Red was a great caring, loving and funny person.
RED was the bus driver of my two sons.He had a heart of gold and will be missed .Prayers being sent for all his family.
Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Mr. Critzer and I worked a lot together last year when he subbed for various teachers on my team with whom I co-taught. He always had a smile and a laugh to share even during very trying moments with the eight grade students on our team! He will be missed!
RED WAS MY 2 GRANDSON'S BUS DRIVER .. HE WILL BE MISSED ..OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO HIS FAMILY...
Tom and I were so sad to hear about Red. We thought the world of him and used to love carrying on with him Friday nights at the Moose! He was crazy about Linda and those grandchildren. He sponsored Tom into the Moose and welcomed us to the famous 4th of July celebration so we wouldn't spend it by ourselves. He always had a joke to tell and his sense of humor was contagious. I often found myself looking for jokes for Red to get up and tell Friday nights! Tom even got to bowl with him on one of those leagues and he'd always come home with some joke Red had told. What a kind soul and a character. We feel honored to have known him. He and Bootsy are reunited singing "I'll Go To My Grave Lovin' You." I can just hear them now.
The members and supporters of the Albemarle High School Alumni Association were very sorry to hear about William's passing. It is always sad to lose a member of the Albemarle family, and we offer our condolences to his family and friends.
To the Critzer family, I didnt know 'Red" personally i just knew him from the moose, singing his karoake, and telling his jokes, he had some good ones. He can sing in heaven now with Boots. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Just know he is an angel in heaven now until you meet him again.
Red I will always remember you from when I worked at Keglers abd you and your family bowled on a league. You were always so kind and asked how I was and my family. I had the honor of seeing you about 4 yrs ago and you told me how much you loved those grandchildren! You were a true family man a very nice person. I know you are heaven spoiling all the little children. Linda, Scott & Holly I am so sorry to hear about Red. Please remember you all will be together again one day.
I had the privilege of knowing Red from the 6th through the 12th grades. I had not seen him in many years but always asked about him whenever I saw his brother Bo and sister Mary. He was funny and just a good guy and I wanted him to know I was asking about him. This year we are planning a reunion of our 1965 7th grade Red Hill Class. I know he would have been there. Red, you will be missed by many. Thank you for touching our lives. Blessings to Linda and your family.
Linda, Holly, & Scott, I've been out of town and came back Tuesday evening to load the ATM Machine and read the note on the brick marque about Red passing away. It's been a little while since I have been up on Tuesday night checking on my equipment, but every time I was there I saw Red and he always had a smile on his face. Sorry I couldn't have been there Tuesday night. He sure will be missed.
I have missed seeing Red and Scott at the lanes these last few years. I am so sorry to hear of this terrible loss. No doubt about it, Red was a character. This is not the place for the whole story but some of you may remember, "I got a quarter, let's go around again".
My heart goes out to you all. My life has forever been changed by Mr. Critzer and his daughter Holly. Mr. Critzer sold me 3 puppies that have given my husband and I more joy and happiness than one could imagine and we will forever be thankful to them all.

Red was truly a wonderful man. I am so sorry for your loss. Red helped me develop my bowling skills more than 20 years ago with his patience and always cheerful disposition. He has always held a special place in my heart and will never be forgotten. No matter what he was doing he always had a moment to chat and catch up whenever our paths would cross over the years. He made such wonderful impact on my life. The Lord has certainly gained an angel.

We were sitting in church on Sunday and William Critzer was on our prayer list. I never really put the two together until today, someone said it was a logging accident. I always knew William as "Red". We used to talk about the logging business during bingo and he would always have something funny or crazy on his mind. Always loved to make people laugh including me. He was always helpful around the Moose. And could sing just like Johnny Cash. Red will be missed. Please accept how truly sorry I am. Good lord has some fun in store now thats for sure ! Grief can be so hard, but your special memories will help you cope. Remembering you and your family today and always. With Sincere Sympathy,
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Words can't say how very sorry we are. Red was a wonderful friend and person. And such a help at the Moose, he had a wonderful sense of humor.Such a good heart that would reach out to help others. There is nothing we can say to explain how much he will be missed.
My God help his family thru this terrible loss.
I met "Red" through my brother-in-law he was such a good guy. When I lost my husband a few months ago he would always check on me in his travels when he would pass my hours. May God bless each of you.
Linda & family:
Words could never express the sorrow we feel for your loss; our heart goes out to you. Red was one of kind....such a kidder, kind-hearted & all around fun person to know.I don't think he ever met a stranger; everyone that knew him will always remember him & his humor...his love for life. If he wasn't picking @someone about something; you knew he felt real bad.He is now with part of the karoke clan in heaven singing & probably picking @the angels. May you find comfort with God's embrace as he surrounds you with his love. Bruce & I will greatly miss him...as anyone else that knew him as well. In the sad days ahead, if there is anyhing we can do...please...we only a phone call away!
RIP my friend....we love you!
