Dear Mort:
Fond memories of your mother embrace and hold us so close as we remember the times we were together both happy and sad. Your dad and she even came to my study at temple to talk with me about the congregation when they were coming to Dallas. She was filled with life and was a blessing in so many ways. please know that her name is being read out during this week here in East Hampton and I am joining in reciting kaddish for her. May her good works, loving commitment and joy in living and her family and friends bless you always.

Dear Morton,
We were so sadden to hear about your Mother. We will always remember
her with so many fond memories. Bernice was so very talented in many ways.
We remember her painting the house on Stadium and then giving a big party
where she would play the piano. We remember the fun summer water melon
parties when she would invite the entire neighborhood. Bernice played the
piano at my wedding and I can see her leading the dance train at a gathering for Ross Perot when he ran for President. She was our mother's best friend.
She gave a shower for Adele and for me when we got married. Her wonderful
smile and twinkle in her eye is the way we will remember her.
All Our Love,
The Echt Children: Dotty Weinstein, Adele Niger, Bert and Bill Echt
