I am so sorry for your loss. May the God who "binds up the brokenhearted" and "comforts all who mourn" sustain you during this difficult time. (Isaiah 61:1,2). My prayers are with your family.

I just came across this and even though it has been over 20 years since I worked for him I still have fond memories of "Hunter". Such a nice, sweet man.

Bill was a good man and as hard working and committed lawyer as I have known and he is missed. Truly "one of a kind" and God bless him.

I do remember Billy from Monahans out in West Texas. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends. My oh My ...what goals, degrees and places of importance he attained. And, holding on the his Christian Principals ...proven by his LOVE
of THE LORD.........teaching and taking on positions to demonstrate that belief !

Sincere Condolences,
Lonnie & Winell Smith
