Davidson, Billy Gene GRAND PRAIRIE -- Billy Gene Davidson, 70, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2013 in Irving. Funeral Service: 5:30 P.M. Wednesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Private at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Billy was born on August 13, 1943 to Billy and Imogene Davidson in Dallas. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corp. After retiring from the Yellow Freight Company, he owned and operated a successful landscaping company for 30 years. Survivors: Daughter, Cynthia Carson (Daniel); aunt, Dorothy Johnson (T.J.); and a host of family and friends.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise found in 1 Thessalonians 4 : 14 can bring you some comfort. Knowing that there is a future for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

this man was a father to me he taught me many lessons along the way he found a homeless16 year old boy and turned me in to a successful young landscape manager he taught me that every one was in a rush to get no where some times if you slow down you will actually enjoy life
