To Helen and the Feldman Family, my sincerest condolences to you and your entire family. My business relationship with Charley, and resulting friendship began when I helped open the Pelican's Wharf Restaurant in Brownsville in 1975. Charley was one of the most respected individuals I have ever met. He touched many lives here in the Valley and his memory will live on with all of them. He always made time to chat with you even when busy. Charley will be greatly missed.

To Helen and Family we send our prayers and condolences to you and all the Feldman Family. I will never forget the first time I met Charlie I shook his hand and said "Hello Mr. Feldman" and he replied that his Dad was Mr. Feldman I'm Charlie..Charlie was one of the most thoughtful and kindest Gentleman I have ever met and worked for. He was always thankful and grateful to all his employees. He touched many peoples hearts with his kindness and he will be missed by everyone who knew him, respected him and loved him.

Helen and Family, Charlie's passing leaves a void in many hearts. The many good deeds done by you both will leave good memories. I can never forget your kindness when my father passed away.
