David was a very dear friend to George, myself, and my sons. He was not only our HVAC expert but a great Assistant Scoutmaster to Troop 718, where our sons (Troy, Trevor, Jack, and Duke) earned their Eagle Scout Award and my husband, George, was the Scoutmaster. David always had a smile on his face with a kind, gentle appearance. All of my sons benefited from David's knowledge and direction. Even my oldest son, Tyson, who was not in Boy Scouts, learned from David. At a " Tool Shower", before his wedding, David presented him with gauges used for HVAC. We all got a laugh out of that gift but when Tyson's house later burned down due to an electrical fire, David and those gauges came in to help in the rebuild of that home. Through David's help and guidance the HVAC was replaced. In the past 3-4 years David has employed my son, Jack, as one of his technical employees. David's calm manner has taught Jack much more than just the HVAC business. He was the calm presence in Jack's life when my husband, George, went to be with his Heavenly Father two years ago. David, you are a dear, sweet friend, who will always be close in our hearts. You will never be forgotten.
Love,

David was a man of honor, he was my employer, friend, teacher, and more like a father figure to me than my biological father. He taught me my trade of air conditioning, he taught me about life, and most importantly he taught me about the true identity we have in Jesus Christ. I loved David and enjoyed working with him for over 7 years. We hardly ever agreed on how to complete a job because I always wanted to do it the easy short cut way. He taught me how to methodically look at every situation of work, family, and life. I will remember him most for his "Knowing" without a doubt, that he was going to heaven and that the only way he was getting there is because of our savior Jesus Christ. I will miss him greatly even though we didn't talk much this last year I thought of him regularly. See you in Heaven my friend!

We are absolutely broken-hearted to hear of Davids passing. He was such a genuinely lovely man. Our deepest condolences to Peggy, Troy and Kathryn. We feel such a loss. May he rest in eternal peace in heaven. We are thinking and praying for all of you.
