I got to know Earl through Faye, my boss of many years at LSW. He was feisty and cranky at times but he was soft on the inside and he loved his wife and kids. I will miss not talking with him. Sheila and Lex you are in my prayers. Carolyn Jenkins

He was my cousin/big brother. He always s looked after me and was kind of protective. He taught me to play football and throw a baseball like a guy. We had seen each other and talked numerous times over th years. I miss him and it feels strange knowing he is not here anymore.

I FIRST MET EARL WHEN HE WAS IN JUNIOR HIGH. HIS MOTHER AND MY DAD WORKED TOGETHER AT CABOT GASOLINE PLANT. A FEW YEARS LATER HE BECAME MY STEP BROTHER WHEN DAD AND MILDRED WERE MARRIED. I WAS ALWAYS IMPRESSED WITH EARL AS HE WAS A VERY CARING PERSON AND WELL LIKED. ALWAYS ENJOYED VISITING WITH HIM AT THE KHS ALL CLASS REUNION. WE ALSO HAD A CHANCE TO SEE EACH OTHER A FEW TIMES WHEN I WOULD CHANGE PLANES AT DFW. HE ORIGINALLY WORKED FOR BRANIFF AND LATER ON AMERICAN AIRLINES. HE WAS A FINE PERSON THAT WILL BE MISSED BY ALL THAT KNEW HIM. DON PERRY,KHS CLASS OF '56
