We were so blessed to have lived on the same street as Bud and Elbie. Bud and Elbie were friends of my parents. Elbie was so great and very supportive when we moved onto the block. We will always remember Bud working on the cars and changing the oil. We remember him saying that our son Chris was so respectful when driving down the ally at 17. He said he was a such a responsible young boy. We feel blessed to have been a part of Bud and Elbie's lives. Our thoughts and prayers go out to their family and friends.
Sorry for your loss. May God's loving words found at Ps. 72:12-13. Comfort your Family in this difficult time.
With Deep Sympathy

I was lucky enough to grow up across the alley from Mr. Guindon (I never really mastered calling him George). I have wonderful memories of pestering him in his driveway and his patience with a chatty little girl. And even better memories of knowing him as an adult and his kindness and character. He brought so much happiness to the people (and dogs) who knew him and he was a good man. He and his spirit will be missed.
