My daghter, my first born, my life. Mom
Tom, Elizabeth, Greg, and family,
Joellen was one of the strongest people I have ever known. She was always upbeat and positive, no matter what the prognosis. She will be my model for years to come. We were all lucky to have known her. You are in my prayers.
I first met Joellen and Elizabeth at my Jazzercise class. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and sorry for your loss.
We're saddened to hear of your tremendous loss. God...will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I met Joellen at Jazzercise and loved her spirit. She was a true supporter of Komen. Whenever she talked about her students and her family - she just lit up! She will be missed!
As a parent, I know how lucky we were to have Joellen teach at ESD. I remember dropping by ESD's robotics house when she first started working with the middle school team. They had hundreds of parts spread around the room, and her warmth and enthusiasm, despite the chaos, are still memorable. Continued thoughts and prayers for Joellen and her family. The Eichner Family
Tom, Greg, and Elizabeth-- I had the privilege of working with Joellen at Ursuline and am so sad to hear of her passing. She was such a wonderful lady and spoke of you all often! You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Blessings to all family and friends mourning the loss of Joellen, especially you, Greg, who was a great part of my children's high school experience.
Dear Wood family,
You are in our thoughts and prayers as together we mourn the loss of Joellen. She was an amazing teacher and a great friend to all of us at ESD. Her patience and creativity were inspirational. Please know that she touched our lives in so many ways. We were so blessed to have her in our lives.

Both John Hamlin and Liza Hamlin were so touched and sad to hear of Mrs. Wood's passing. We too have had a family member battle cancer for an extended period and know first hand how hard it is to wage the war against the disease. Liza and John both adored your wife and mother and we are saying prayers for all of you.
Rainey, Quincy and I are saddened about this and our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
We will miss you! You were a special person and talented
teacher. Thank you for your graceful and kind presence with
Love, The Swift Family (Kohl, Isaac, Denice & Dale)
