Although I didn't know ida I just wanted to tell the family and friends how sorry I am for the loss of your loved one. Please know that your family will be in my prayers. (John 11:1-44)

I am so sorry for your loss. Please be assured God cares for you and he will comfort you at this time. 1 Pet. 5:7

Ida was a strong, interesting, funny, smart woman who I liked to call my friend. We knew each other through church and I am sorry that I didn't enjoy her company for more years. We met when she started attending First Unitarian and I was able to find a hymnal with REALLY large type so she could read with her failing vision. Soon even 60-point type was not enough for her to read but our friendship continued and grew.

I liked her attitude about life - keep going, try anything, see the humor, be curious. Despite many set backs during the years I knew her, she maintained a strong presence wherever she went. She will be missed by all those who knew her.

Our prayers are with you and your family as you remember the many wonderful memories of your loved one. Ida was always so cheerful, smiling and wanting to know all about others. Truly, she brought joy and inspiration to all she met.
In friendship and love,

Susan Donnenfield and family
