RIP coach, forever a Scott Skyhawk and and forever a Dallas Cowboy. Together again with Coach Landry, watchin America's Team thru the hole in the roof!!!

Married his niece Phyllis Myers in 1973 and on our way to Travis AFB we stopped in Dallas and met his family. I was asked if I had a NFL team that I follow and I replied the Washington Redskins. I didn't know he couch with the Cowboys. He accepted me and we had a long conversation about the up coming season pros and cons of both teams. He is the greatest person that I have ever known and proud to call him Uncle Jim. May eagle wings curry you to Heaven.

a big hero of a little girl in a coal mining town! My dad and I watched many "Cowboy" games and were dedicated fans because of the respect we had for COACH MYERS! RIP "COACH"
