We are very sorry to hear of Jim"s passing. Our family's have had a lot of fun over the years. Jim was a mentor of mine as I received great council from him during my early college days. He advised, if you are going to be in sales, take all the psychology you can. I did. Delores and Jimmy C., Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jim will be greatly missed. May God bless you, Johnny and Linda Livingston, Pittsburg, Texas

I am shocked, Jim was an amazing person and also an original at turning nothing into a successful business. I have seen him doing his magic in business for years. He was a gambler in my eyes but in his eyes it was just business. He will always be my IDOL.
I am so sorry for Delores and Jimmy C. and all the grandchildren. he was a gentle and kind person. He helped many people in life and in business.
It is a pleasure to have known him for
over 40 years. God Bless
