So many beautiful times in MOUT sleeping on the floor next to you.

My son met LT when they both received the Marine Scholarship their sophmore year at Texas A&M. They were together for the Marine required classes/duties while students at A&M, Officers Candidate School, and The Basic School. Then they choose different Officer Courses and were stationed at different bases. My son called to tell me about LT's death. He said LT had such character, was kind, and such a great guy. He was glad he got to know and spend time with LT. Our thoughts and prayers of comfort and peace and love are with you. You raised a wonderful son and honorable young man.

Hi. I was in Dallas at the Ritz Carlton last weekend and came across this fine Marine's father as well as one of the Marine's accompanying him to Dallas. I have never been more impressed by the caliber and dedication I saw in one of those Marines. He introduced my to the father and I was in awe of the loyalty this young man felt to his job. He was a 24 year old stationed in North Carolina whose father was Puerto Rican and mother Costa Rican. After lots of talk I realized I would hire this young man in a second,a only stemming from his ability to be this dedicated to a young mans journey to his final resting place. If anyone knows how I can get in touch with this Marine I had mentioned I would hire him in a heartbeat when he gets out of the Core. I can be reached at soldado at gmail dot com and hope this is not out of context but I know no other way to get in touch with him. His loyalty to Laterron Lee was obvious and I want to help him out. Thank you

I am LTs' older step sister and I would like everyone to know that LT was loved so very much! I am so thankful God put him in my life! He was honestly the most wonderful brother I could have ever asked for! He has always been so polite and just a complete joy to have around! He grew up to be such a gentleman and I am so proud of him! His family could not have done a more perfect job on raising such a wonderful young man! Words can not describe just how heartbroken I have been since I found out of his passing but I know in my heart, this was God's plan and he is in a better place now! I will see him again one day! All my thoughts and prayers are with the whole family! We love you LT and miss you so very much!
