one of the most compassionate people I ever met and a wonderful Dr. Miss him and his care
April 19, 2018
Louis Sloan became my physician during a perilous period in my life.
I oftened referred to him as my hero. He saved my life not once but twice.
I felt we had become friends through those episodes and I will forever be his friend.
With prayers for Louis and his Family,
Robert J. Kroll

I just learned of Louis' passing. I went to The Hebrew Academy with Louis while living in Atlanta. I am so sorry to hear about this and will always remember him as a friend and classmate throughout the years.

i am so sad to learn of the passing of Dr. Sloan. He was such a blessing for years in the care and treatment of my dear husband, J. Leonard Jeffreys. Dr. Sloan made it possible for him to receive weekly infusions for a rare disease, Alpha1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.. Dr. Sloan will be sorely missed by his many patients.
