I met Matt several years ago. He was riding a bike visiting friends. He was an amazing guy!!! My heart goes out to his family. I was truly blessed to have met him. My prayers are with his family as they celebrate the life of that angel.

I only knew Matthew from having worked with him on his Eagle Project and feel that all that was written about him is true. My sincere condolences are extended to all his family.

Amazing young man, gone too soon. I did not know Matt but was stunned by all he accomplished in his short life as stated in his obituary. Take solace and comfort in that he is with his father and will constantly be beside you as you continue your life. God Bless You All.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mathew.

Really sorry for your loss Shamburger family. May Matthew rest in peace. I know Nancy Shamburger and she is an excellent mother and friend.

Nancy, I'm smiling, thinking about all of the "eye-rolling" antics Matthew concocted in his elementary years, knowing he's free to carry on with them again! His brilliant mind was always at work. You and Mary Margaret are in my thoughts and prayers. Love to you both.

Nancy,
Words cannot convey the sorrow that I feel for you and your family.

All of the Allreds send our prayers and love. We will treasure the years of carpool to HP Presbyterian Day School when the kids were so full of excitement for what the day ahead held for them to experience. Matt was so full of energy and curiosity. He was a dear boy. We will all miss his smile.

Nancy and Mary Margaret....cling to each other, as I am sure you are. Only you and God know what you need now in this, oh, so sad time. We are in prayer for you both. What a bright light he was!
