Miriam was such a sweet neighbor. I am very sorry for your loss. It was always nice to visit with her while she was out walking her little dog. She lead a very interesting life and told us about planning and building LBJ and she knew so much about the foundation of Lake Highlands. She also knew every neighbor around. Miriam will be missed!

We were Miriam's next-door neighbors, and she was the first person we met when we moved to the neighborhood. She called herself "the nosy neighbor who minds her own business." We are devastated to hear of her passing as she was a treasure to the neighborhood and very beloved on our street. We would often swim in her pool, and my daughter called her Mimi, just like all the other kids on the street. At Christmas she came over to build gingerbread houses with my daughter, and many happy memories were made. We were so lucky to have met Mimi, and will miss her dearly.

I just now found out the passing of Miriam by reading obit on line in Dallas Morning News. We use to work at TxDot together. So sorry for your loss and hope she wasn't ill for long. RIP Miriam.
