Only today, I discovered that Philip (Flip as I knew him) had passed away. I am so saddened to know this and that he lived in Rockwall where I now reside and I didn't know it. He was my very first steady boyfriend and I was the proud wearer of his ID bracelet. We were in Rusk Jr. High at the time. I knew him for quite a few years as we was in the sane circle of friends growing up. I remember his brother, Scott and remember when the youngest one was born. I believe they lived on Wylie Drive in Dallas at the time.
Life is so fleeting. God bless all the family - I know you miss him so much. He was just the sweetest thing

Our condolences to Philip's family and friends. You are in our thoughts and prayers that God will whisper peace to your hearts and comfort you in your loss and sorrow. We are grateful for Philip's service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service. To our "Brother of the Phin" ... "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones who remain. Thank you for your service to our country." -- Rev. Ray Fritz, National Chaplain United States Submarine Veterans, USSVI.
