My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Richard.
April 15, 2017
My name is Gene Deluke. I have lived in the Dallas area for the last 49 years.

I just learned of Richard's passing today. Our family and the Kristinik's family both members of Immaculate Conception Church and I played on baseball teams with Richard's younger brothers. We would watch Richard and Don play summer baseball for St. Thomas. I used to hang out at the Kristinik's house at times.

Richard was like an idol to me growing up. He was the perfect blend of superior athleticism and superior academics. I wanted to be just like him and that desire drove me to play on two state championship baseball teams at St. Thomas and also earn three college degrees.

Please accept my deepest regrets and give my best wishes to Bill and Johnny Kristinik.

We are both so sad to have lost such a special man in this world. Ron recalled how Dick always reached out to include him in last minute golf games with his outstretched hand of friendship. We will miss him dearly and always appreciate and remember his generous spirit. We hope to share warm memories of him with you as you move through this difficult time. We love you both and are praying for you and your family with all of our heart.

Roberta...so sorry to hear of your loss. Linda and I enjoyed our 50th year a while back so know how difficult it must be to lose someone you've spent much of your life with. At times like these I think of the quote..."God made memories so that we may have roses in December" Focus on the roses.....Thinking you...know our thoughts are with you. Bob Carr...Cheney, WA
