Prayers and love from the Hardt Family to Paige, Brenda, and the Collins Family.

Words from a Randy Travis song come to mind about Robby: It's not what you take when you leave this world behind you; it's what you leave behind you when you go! Robby Collins cast a giant shadow. His legacy rests well in the hearts and minds of his family, his students, his fellow teachers, the many administrators he was associated with during a long and well lived life. I can not remember him without that "I've got a secret, smile on his face", the grin that seemed permanently ingrained. He was a pleasant person to know and share time with. We should all aspire to be more like him and remember him each day we live, hoping that we can enjoy the shadow of his legacy, while each making our way. Welcome home Robby!

A great teacher will make you feel that what you have to say is important. They will not belittle you for not knowing something, because they know they are there to teach you

Robby Collins led his life in service to others, especially to the children and staff at Dallas ISD. He led remarkably, and through him, many lessons were shared and learned. He earned the blessings of sweet rest. As he sleeps in Perfect Peace, may his family, friends and colleagues find comfort.
