I went to school with him and really liked him as he was such a great guy. He will be missed by those of us in the Class of '63 who knew him.

Dear Mrs. Sharpe, Rob, and Emily,
I am sorry it has taken me this long to reach your family with our deepest sympathy for the loss of Mr. Sharpe. I hold in my heart wonderful memories of his love for me and my family. Only my own dad took me fishing more times in my life. In honor of Dad's birthday tomorrow and in memory of your husband and dad, we have made a donation to the Wounded Warrior project. I felt inspired reading about the great success this organization is having with aiding and honoring returning veterans. Your family continues in our prayers as you grieve and heal. I am grateful to God that Mr. Sharpe is finally at peace and truly believe that we see him again in Heaven. With love, Lisa (Heath) and Brian Altevogt and family.

Bob was the smartest, funniest most caring man I know. He had so many qualities I could never list them all. One skill of his I wish I had was the uncanny ability to bring up the exact quote or joke to respond to a comment made by someone. His mind was a great thing.
I already miss him.

We will always have good memories of Bob's visits to Argentina and shall really miss him. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.
