Shirley was a great friend of mine and my late husband, Raymond. We had a lot of fun with Shirley and Jerry in high school and later enjoyed playing cards with them.

Shirley was one of 25 women in Freedom Church (Christian Life Assembly)who served as a mentor. When I think of Shirley: she was loving, caring, giving, servant's heart, opening her heart and home to hurting women. She was one of a kind who would listen to me, pray with me and hug me as her pastor's wife. Pastor Lee would often say he would love to have a church full of women like Shirley Ketchum and she would have great rewards in heaven. I will never forget Shirley, I loved her like a sister! Love and comfort to her dear family, Pastor Lee and Sharon Lebsack

I met Shirley years ago in an aerobics class at our local recreational center. We quickly became friends and later attended Church together. She was always so loving, kind and encouraging. She loved sports and always showed an interest in my children and even attended some of their sporting events. I will miss her greatly until we meet again in heaven.
