Your son did a great duty for this country and I hope you will always be proud to be the parent of someone who was willing to make such a great sacrifice, so that the rest of us could go to school, complain about how bad our lives are, and wonder every day what it means to do something to better someone else's life and not just our own. God Bless your son and God bless you.

Capt. and Mr. Sizer,
I would like to send my deepest condolences to you and your family. Losing a loved one is never easy, and I'm told the pain felt when losing your progeny is the worst of all. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of need.

Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Capt Sizer,

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time. The Cadet Wing cannot thank you enough for you and your family's sacrifice. Know that we are all here to support you.

Very Respectfully,

"It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us the freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the prtestor to burn the flag."

Your son was fighting for those who do not yet have these priveleges but thanks to those courageous as himself... soon will.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Capt. Sizer and family,

I am terribly sorry for the loss of your son. The work he did and the sacrifice he made for his country are an inspiration to all of us; they will never be forgotten, and neither will he.
