WHITEMAN, Don C. 83 of Clearwater, FL. died Fri. March 15, 2013. He was born in Dayton, OH and came to Florida 53 years ago. He was a Presbyterian and was a graduate of The University of Miami of Ohio. He served as a Master Sgt. In the Army in the Korean War and retired from N.C.R. in Dayton, OH. after 39 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents Nelson and Ruth, and his sister Jean Kline. Survived by his wife Suzanne, 4 sons Scott, Chris, David and Dean, 7 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews www.curlewhills.com.

Don was my best friend in our teen years and although we rarely had the opportunity for fellowship thereafter, we remained friends form afar. I am saddened at his passing.
