Eric was a part of our lives for many years, from preschool through college and beyond, and so will always have a special place in our hearts. He was a wonderful, caring person from a wonderful and caring family.
Lois, Guy, Kristen and Kim—you know we are thinking of you and remembering Eric fondly.

my condolences to the Engler family
April 21, 2013
I first met Eric in elementary school, and last saw him when we were both students at Ohio State. During those years in between, few people made me laugh as much as he did. He was a good friend with a great sense of humor. My deepest condolences go to his family. He will be missed.

Eric was all the kind things being said here. He was really smart, deceptively so at times. He had such a great sense of humor too. I'm really going to miss riffing jokes with him.

A lot of people mentioned how friendly he was, and it's true. He never cared who was hanging out he was just interested in making people feel at ease.

To Lois, Guy, Kim and Kristin, know that your son/brother was a good friend to me and that he will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.
