Mr. Ren was such a kind man he was a great example for the neighborhood. Someone to look up to. He always had a smile on his face. May he sleep in the Lord until Christ return. Condolences to his family.

WOW, GOD has called to HIMSELF a great man, businessman, husband, father, dear friend to all but most of all HIS CHILD. Mr. Ren was a staple on Euclid Ave. My family [The Robinson's] lived on Howell Ave long before he open his store. We would cut across the back alley to get to his store. Everyone loved him and he gave so many kids a chance. He was here for a reason and he has finished his course. Rest in, JESUS Mr. Ren, you will be greatly missed.

I have known Mr. Ren all my life as I grow up in Summit Christian Church. He was a kind man who always was supportive of the youth in the Church. I am sadden to hear of his passing, but I know he has received his wings. GOD please comfort his family and heal their hearts.

To my family we have suffered a tremendous lost. I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend formally, but I'm happy "Skeet," made it to pay respects. Uncle Ren provided me with a Blueprint on how to live life and how to love. Truly one of a kind and I can only hope to live half of a life that he had. Without him many of us wouldn't be here. The small amount of time that we stayed in Dayton allowed me to absorb all of his wisdom. Without knowing I began to follow some of the same steps that he had. He will truly be missed and loved forever. To my cousins and my "TT," you all were beyond lucky to be there with him on a daily. We love you all (Jeriel, Aunt Pat, Skeet, all of Chattanooga!)
