GEN Hall showed outstanding leadership which signifies the best in America. As an African American, he stood tall among all leaders lack owned company regardless of ethnic background. As president of the black owned company Systems & Applied Sciences top 100 Black Enterprise, I found him welcoming giving open opportunity supporting mission USAF IT requirements. Sympathies to his family.

To Mrs. Hall, T.C. And Pam, I just heard of General Hall's passing. We were neighbors on Albro at Davis Monthan. My youngest brother Mike and Pam were great friends. I'm so sorry for your loss. I always remember Gen Hall as such a nice man. We were so blessed to have you all as neighbors. Both my parents are gone now, but we spoke of you all so often. My dad had the highest regard for Gen Hall. My dad was Ken Mueller. May God Bless and keep you.

I am sad to just now learn of Gen. Hall's passing. I served under him at Shiroi AFB Japan in 1953-1954 when he was a First Lieutenant.I was a young 20 year old at the time but still have meomories of that time. He was a great officer. I am happy to see of all of his accomplishments. Attached is a picture of he and his wife with a group of us at a Christmas party at the Shiroi NCO club. I believe this was in 1954. Condolences to his family.

I just found out today that one of my former bosses, Maj General Titus C. Hall, passed away. I used to work with him at Lowry AFB, CO. I saw him right before he passed, along with his wife, Clarissa, when he was a Guest Speaker where I worked at Harris Corporation. I so wished I had known that he passed away, so I could give my condolences in person at his service. God Bless him and his family.

I was stationed with TC Hall in Vietnam. I will always remember one time in 1971 an enemy rocket scored a direct hit on one of our enlisted barracks one night, killing about 30 men. TC, who was a Lt. Col. then, was right out there within a few hours lending moral support to the survivors.

God bless the Hall family. I'm a former banquet waitress at the officers club. I had the privilege of meeting the "Hall" family in the early seventies. The early seventies were a time of change and challenge as we know, but after meeting General T.C. Hall, you felt there was a REAL chance to be successful, and make a difference. As he did... Many Thanks, Deborah Berry

Hall Family,
General Hall was the "BEST" Base Commander for Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. I remember him to this day, he would always greet you with a smile and ask, "how you are doing" and encourage you in your career with the Air Force.
You will always remember how a person made you feel.
