This is sad to hear. I remember when he played for God at World Harvest Church. The Holy Spirit would fall like rain when he played. I can only imagine the kind of music he is now making in heaven with the angels. RIP a gentle spirit

I am so sorry to hear this. I enjoyed his music so much when he would play at Guido's in Columbus back in the 70's(?). I always wondered what happened to him . Thought he went to Chicago . What a shame.

I had searched for Vince for a many years, when I returned to Columbus, Ohio to visit my family. I finally located him about fours ago. We chatted via Skype.
I am glad I persisted. We discussed our flirtation and our friendship. I did not know he had been ill. I will listen to his CD's and remember his gifts. Rest in Peace Vince. Cathy Phelps

Ed Robinson I loved what you had to say about Vince. He was a force of nature. An amazing player. The amount of intensity he generated through his band was amazing. He was also the model of moral rectitude. His advice on how I should comport myself rings through to this day. I broke down and cried like a baby the day I found out he passed. I'd only talked to him online a couple of weeks before. I wish I could be even half the man he was.
