I have known Johnnie and pretty Mildred since 1973. Never met nicer couple in my life. He was a real asset to Decatur.

I HAD THE HIGHEST RESPECT OF RAY & HIS FAMILY. MY UNCLES(MITCHELL,DONALD, & MILTON ROGERS) WERE NEIGHBORS & FRIENDS OF RAY AS WE GREW UP ACROSS THE ROAD. MY DAD,ELVIN KITCHENS, LAST HELPED MILTON WITH WIRING A GARAGE FOR RAY. MY HEART GOES OUT TO THOSE LOVED ONES REMAINING. GOD BLESS YOU.
