Otis was one of our National Treasures of our great nation. We should celebrate his life and not his passing.

Uncle Otis will be greatly missed. I loved him dearly and will miss the phone conversations that we shared. It doesn't seem real that he has transitioned from this side...God of peace and comfort will carry our family through.
