We met Frank when he opened in Rehoboth . The nicest man we ever met. You will be missed .
I wish Frank's family peace and comfort. I could see from kids' swim meets and his morning coffee meetings that he was a man who enjoyed life, people, and sharing stories. I am so sorry for your loss. Now, I see his funeral procession is overtaking Rehoboth - which is a testament to the love his friends and family have for him. May you enjoy many happy memories and comfort in a life lived well and full.

The first time i met you, I didn't know anyone in sussex county but you said "come sit with me." You were the kindest, wisest and most loyal friend I've ever had. You loved people unconditionally and you took care of everyone. When you spoke about your kids I wanted to be half the dad you were. When you spoke about business I listened intently. The world hasn't known many better than you Frank. You were one of a kind, you were my newest mentor and best friend and I am a better man today because I knew you. To the Vasilikos family, I am sorry for your loss, no words can heal right now but I pray that the lord is with you to guide you and comfort you through this time of grieving. May Frank's memories fill your heads and your hearts. Much love from the Heller family.
My heart and prayers go out to Vivian, Peter, Mary, Mike and Mary. Words can't express what a great loss this is for everyone! But God has another special angel within his arms. I will always remember the kindness and helpfulness that he had showed my family. RIP our dear friend
