Jean Louise Huber
Jean Louise Huber was born July, 1941 in Cambridge, MA., Jean Louise Huber died January 31, 2014 unexpectedly and peacefully at her childhood home in Wilmington, DE.
She graduated with honors from Mt. Pleasant High School, attended Goucher College in Baltimore, MD., Thompson Private Business School, Inc. and Brandywine College. Jean adored the mystique of the Royal Family and was captivated by British theater. She moved to England where she was employed as a nanny. Upon returning to Wilmington she worked as a realtor and legal secretary. She was a devout member of the First Church of Christ, Scientist and served many years as a volunteer in the Christian Science Reading Room. She was an avid reader and enjoyed long contemplative walks.
Jean is predeceased by her parents Robert and Marion Huber and brother, Randolph. She is survived by her sisters and brothers in law, Victoria Huber and Russell Johnson of Wilmington, DE., Jill and Loren Drew Swagler of Dennisville, NJ., her live in companion and uncle Richard deVere Huber, nephew and wife Robert and Alyona Huber and grandniece Natasha of Manassas, VA., grandnephew Keegan Laud of Sarasota, FL., nephew Ryan Huber and wife Megan Abajian of Dartmouth, MA.
Jean Louise was a gentle kindly soul who cherished her family, she will be missed. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Christian Science Reading Room, 900 Tatnall Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.

Condolences to the family of Jean. We walked together in the neighborhood occasionally and attended a few concerts in the park this summer. We would chat on the phone and she had called me very recently. I was shocked to learn of her death and will miss her. Nancy Troy
