Mom,

I am dumping ice on myself today. One of the many times I'll think of you rtoday.

Please accept my deepest sympathy for the passing of Ruth, a ranking member of my favorite person's list. And please accept my sincere apology for not being at Ruth's service-I just learned yesterday of her passing.

As a judge on Hart's court, I had the privilege of becoming friends with Hart and Ruth: two wonderful and giving people.

If the whole world were to be like these two marvelous human beings, what a different place it would be.

They are both greatly missed, but those of us who remain can take solace that they are together again.

Lovingly and Sincerely,

Ken Kramer

Margaret, Ted and Susan, please accept our sincere sympathy for the loss of your special Mom, Ruth. She was a lovely and witty friend who was fun to be with for every occasion. We will miss her beautiful smile but will hold her in our memories. God Bless,

I'm so sorry to hear of Ruth's death. She was my boss and mentor and friend at the State Chamber of Commerce in the 1980's and her guidance in career matters was always on target. She was a supportive friend and a role model for me during my early career days.
She had a wicked sense of humor and a wonderful sense of style.
My condolences you, Margaret, Ted and Susan.
Sincerely,
Paula Law Hill

I met Ruth through her daughter Margaret. Ruth was an incredible woman - an example of love for her family and friends, integrity in all the she did and commitment in her work for the Republican Party. I have great memories of listening to her stories about the Republican party, Northwestern (I'm a fellow alum) and her family. I will always carry her in my heart.

Margaret, Ted, and Susan, Your Mother was so proud of you and your families. She was a lovely lady, who was also great fun. We shall miss her terribly, remember her fondly, and be grateful that we knew her.
