I am just reading about his death. I want to tell you that I was one of his students at Temple. He is the reason I am teaching. I kept in touch with him many years after Temple. I was sad the Christmas that my Christmas card was returned. I knew that I wouldn't be able to be in touch with him anymore. What an inspiration to so many students. Whenever I have to write about someone who inspired me, I always write about Dr. Blake. I think about him so often in my teaching. I am so sad to hear about his passing. People like Dr. Blake will live forever in their legacy. I will always remember him. He will be truly missed. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know how blessed I feel to have know him almost 25 years later. Donna

Dr. & Mrs. Blake were wonderful neighbors to those of us in Pine Ridge. God bless the Blake family.

Family of Dr. Blake,
He is happy with Jesus and out of pain. We will miss him and his happy smile. Always a joy to see him. I extend my deepest sympathy to you all.
