To the Dougherty Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Steven's passing. I have fond memories of him tagging around with me, Sean, Matt Ryan and Jeff Stoller in Cliff Haven. Like Steven, I was in the Navy and understand the sacrifices made being away from friends and family. I will pray for all of you and may God bring you some peace during this saddened time.
