I am so deeply sorry for the loss of Dr. Eisen, he was my doctor for a little over 20 years, i feel truly blessed to have had him as my doctor. I began seeing Dr. Eisen in my late teens/early 20's with a severe case of cystic acne, one time when I called his office to get an appointment because I had a very large, painful cyst that needed injected, I was told by the receptionist that the next available appointment was 2 weeks out, even though I told her it was basically an emergency situation, so 2 weeks later at my appointment, I told Dr. Eisen about the 2-week wait and how miserable I was, he said he would have a talk with them and if that were to ever happen again, here is my home phone number, you call me directly! He was the most compassionate doctor and a wonderful human being, I am so lucky to have known him. God's blessings to the Eisen family and may he rest in peace.

Marshall, you might not remember me but we were in the same class at school growing up. I'm sending my deepest condolences. He is a loss for everyone. My dad had severe psoriasis and Dr. Eisen treated him in the early 70s. My dad asked your dad if he would see me since I was having trouble with acne. Normally, it took a referral from another doctor in order to see him but he did my dad a favor and started seeing me in 76. Now, we were both seeing your dad. In 93, your dad realized that my dad was suffering from severe cancer tumors. It had been many years since dad went to the doctor so your dad was quite angry. By the time my dad made an appointment with your dad, he admitted him to the hospital. They talked a few times. Then, after all the tests came back, your dad had another talk with my dad and said, we're going to start the chemo now. My dad had a heart attach right in front of your dad and died. I know he was so sad. I called him later and we talked about some things. I think my dad made your dad promise to take care of my dermatology needs. That he did. I might be one of his longest patients 76-17. Today I wen't to my new dermatologist. I asked the nurse if she had seen your dad lately. Her reply made me cry. I didn't know he had died but I wish I did so I could pay my respects. The last time I saw him was in June of 2017. I'm sure no one will measure up to his high standards. It was an honor to be his patient and I will miss him dearly.

I hope Dr. Eisen's family sees this. He was more than my doctor. He was the angel God sent for my answered prayer. You see I had a horrendous case of Eczema that was so bad people didn't want to touch me. I told God he couldn't mean for me to live that way and by a miracle of a Saks sales lady seeing my legs told my mother of Dr. Eisen. I was his patient for 38 years. He said I was one of his favorite patients and one worst cases of eczema he had in his career. I am forever blessed, thankful and grateful that God sent this man into my life.
