Words cannot express how sad I am. I am so glad that I had a chance to spend time with her at Meg's wedding. This all seems so impossible. She was a very special person and she made us special because we knew her. She will live on in our hearts forever. I'm sorry I couldn't be there for the service, my thoughts were with all of you.
Love,
Jan

Dear Mr. Skuse, Molly, Tara and Nathan~

I can't tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. Mrs. Skuse was such a kind, thoughtful, and funny lady. Many memories are tied up with the Skuse family and I am thankful and honored to have known her. She had to put up with me a lot over the years! Whether that was making Sidewalk Salads for Corn Hill, eating dinner over, attending a Skuse wedding, or just leaning against the kitchen counter catching up during the holidays. I remember spending a lot of time laughing in the kitchen and I looked forward to seeing her when I was in Rochester.

The service on Saturday was a lovely and moving tribute to her, and as Tara so beautifully and eloquently said, she lives on in her children and her grandchildren.

She will be missed.

Love,
Leah

Ron, Molly, Tara and Nate,
I believe, believe, BELIEVE that we will see her again. Until then, she lives! She lives in what she leaves behind... a legacy of love in each of you... her creative flair, artistic talent, gentle soul, delightful giggle, and indomitable spirit. All of these treasured gifts will be held in your hearts... and in the hearts of all who knew her. She lives on in each of us!
I look forward to celebrating her beautiful life with all of you today.

We are so sorry for the departure of Mrs. Skuse. She was loved by everyone and was present in many happy moments in our life. She will always be remembered by us as a person who had so much love to give, was happy and who managed to have wonderful people at her side. Her mission here on earth was exemplary and the seeds that she left generated bold fruits and she taught us how to be a great wife, mother and grandmother. She is at peace with God now and will always be alive in our hearts! We will miss her very much.

Ron and family; Meg and Karen,

I was so sorry to hear about Jan's passing. The last time I saw her was at Mom's (Aunt Dorothy's) wake in 2009, and she was as cheerful, caring and sweet as I always remembered her growing up as one of the Lally cousins. She will be missed by many I am sure. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
