In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will always love you.

Gladys was an unassuming and humble person, always thinking of others. My memories include times when she played the piano in the living room on Emerson St. while we sang songs at Christmas. A true saint who walked among us without expectation of receiving any recognition.

Aunt Gladys always included her nieces and nephew from Illinois at birthdays and Christmas with cards and little gifts. I loved watching and listening as she played her piano or riding the bud downtown to Sibley's Department Store when we visited Rochester. Such a sweetheart.

Aunt Gladys was a second mother to her 23 nieces and nephews. We were all treated as if we were her only niece ot nephew. She remembered us all for birthday and showered us with multiple Christmas presents. She was there for out graduations, weddings, baby showers. Aunt Gladys was very special to me and I will always hold her close to my heart. I have a bracelet she gave me for a present that was inscribed Believe in your self I will carry that thought with me til my last day. I love you Aunt Gladys. Lori Donna
