Norma and family,
Had been thinking about Harry and asking around Branchport to see if anyone had seen him this summer. Today Donna stopped to get corn and told me the sad news. He was such a wonderful man with a smile and always a kind word. I feel so blessed to have known him. Talking to him you realized that he was a very active person with many interests. We will miss him.
love,
Katy and Mike

Harry embodied the very best of alpine ski racing officials in New York State and the East. His positive and genuinely kind approach in all situations on and off the race course were his trademarks. In addition, he was caring and most kind to all who were lucky enough to have him as a friend.

My sympathy to his wife and family. He was a quiet leader of fairness, compassion and expressed a genuine interest in not only the ski racing process but also for all of us who worked with him. Thank you for sharing some pictures of Harry with his family.

I feel honored to have known Harry.
