Katherine- never Katie- was a student of mine many years ago. Though quiet and reserved she was also very poised and regal in her own way- which is why it was always Katherine. Hundreds of students have passed through my door and I am happy to say that Katherine is well remembered.

Katherine was one of the most beautiful people I'd ever had the honor and pleasure if knowing, beautiful inside and out. Her inner light found its way to everyone around her and the world is a little darker without her in it. However, I know the angels are blessed to count her among their ranks.

I consider myself very lucky for having the opportunity to have met Katherine numerous times. She was such a great person and I am sure many of us may even feel guilty that it was not our time to go instead. She always brought a smile and joy wherever she was. I offer my condolences to my cousin David, her family and all others who were close to her.

I knew Katherine for 4 years, though we weren't close she was often at mutual friend get-togethers. I always admired her beauty (inside and out) and intelligence. She came to my college graduation party at Hamlin beach and I had a great time in Boston with her this past April. I am glad that I was there to be with many friends when we learned of her passing. She will not be forgotten; it does bring me peace to know that she lived a great life and had so many who love her. My sincerest condolences.

Katherine,
This is Erika, one of David's many cousins. I met you at Christmas, I believe it was last year. Although we did not know each other very well, I could see how happy you made my cousin. My heart is breaking for you, your family, and David now. I know you were very special to David and you helped him through some difficult situations. You will never be forgotten. May God Bless your family. Know that you are in all of our prayers every day.
With Much Love,

Although we've never met Katherine in person, we are David Parker's Aunt and Uncle Michelle and Robert Baric and we know how much he thought and talked of her. We grieve with your family and with David at her loss, but yet know she has been born to eternal life. We also lost a child at birth, and the pain for a mother loosing her child is really indescribable. I will have a lot of questions for God when I die, but trust that her life, even though to us seemed short, was full of purpose and love for others. Take peace in knowing she touched others with her joy and love which lasts an eternity. You are all in our prayers.

We met Katherine a few years ago when David brought her him to meet his cousins. David, being one of 28 cousins knew this was a gutsy thing to do. It was easy to easily embrace Katherine into our family immediately. To all who loved Katherine, our heartfelt condolences. May you find peace in God's love.
