May your family be comforted by fond memories of times past and may our Heavenly Father give your family peace and strength to endure this very difficult time. (1 Pet 5:7)

We will always remember Uncle Isamu, from when we visited the farm as kids, to the great fishing trips with him at Lake Powell. He lived a good long life, and was very good at everything he did. We will miss him.

What great memories we have of Sam over the many years. Such a gentle, sweet person who seemed to always have a twinkle in his eye and a smile to share. Our thoughts are filled with love for him and his family.

Thank you Sam for all the origami items you would bring to the office. My patients really enjoyed receiving them. May the Lord bless you and your family always. You will be missed.
