We always looked forward to seeing Leroy when we would come to Harvard Square to visit our dad, Bill Martin. Those two were always sitting together and I know he was a great friend to Bill. We are sorry to hear of his passing and know Bill will miss him so much. Thank you Leroy for your friendship and kindness given to our dad. You hold a special memory in our hearts and his.
"When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure." I will treasure the memories I have of you, Dad. So, here's two kisses for you; one "just because" and one "for the road" just like I always gave you before I left after visiting you. I miss you, Dad.
Leroy, you were one of my first and best friends at Harvard Square. I still can't believe that I won't see you again. Rest in peace, my friend. You leave a lot of us behind who loved you very much.
